I truly believe that if you really want to workout, you don’t need a gym ! Now hear me out, I am certainely not the most consistent person when it comes to working out !
I don’t really enjoy the gym atmosphere. Most of the time, I don’t know what to do with those machines, I try to remember some legs or abs moves I have seen in magazines, and I feel like people are watching me being so lost ! 🙂
You got me, it all ends up in epic fail ! That is why I created an at-home workout routine for myself ! It is easy and convenient ! No more excuses about the weather, the ”I don’t have time” etc … Plus, you get to shower and get ready in the comfort of your own home ! 🙂
Now, that is true, you will need some equipment. I am talking about a mat, some clothes and shoes, a towel and a water bottle. This is the basic stuff to have ! I do a lot of Yoga and Pilates, so I also have blocks and a ball. As you can see, everything fits in a picture, so it is way possible !! 🙂
Working out at home means that you have to be creative ! For weights, I use full water bottles, and for a bench, just a simple chair !
Since the beginning of the year, I have been really good about my workouts. Like everybody, I have set some goals for myself, such as getting more toned and lose some weight. I don’t stress too much the diet part, I simply try to nourish myself with real food:)
For the routine, I do about 45 minutes everyday and I try to take the stairs more often ! Don’t laugh at me, I live in the 7th floor !! 🙂 It is made of strengh and cardio, which is mostly walking and dancing because I really enjoy that !

- BeFit : They have one video for everything you are looking for ! On busy days, I just use this channel because I can do different types of workouts without having to search for one hour !
- Yoga with Adrienne : I love Adrienne because she is so nice and funny ! Her videos are never boring but always very professional. I trust her a lot because I feel she knows what she is talking about. And man ! Her yoga videos are no joke ! Be ready to sweat !
- Blogilates : I can always trust Cassey to kick my ass ! Over 2 millions people follow her channel and she deserves it ! Her workout are hard !! But she smiles a lot and push you like if she was in the room !
